5-Star Experience at Lakes Auto Center ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve been taking our minivan to Lakes Auto Center for the past 3 years, and once again, they proved why I continue to trust them with our vehicle.

I recently brought it in for a new auxiliary battery and an oil change. During the visit, there was a concern that I might also need a new alternator. Their electrical specialist, Noel, took the time to properly troubleshoot the problem instead of simply recommending an expensive repair.

The dealer had quoted me $939 for the alternator, and they were the only vendor that could supply it. Noel didn’t think the alternator was actually the problem, so he took his time and continued testing until he found the real issue. He was absolutely right! A bad sensor was causing the weak electrical reading.

I was absolutely ecstatic to find out that I didn’t need a $939 alternator—or potentially even more expensive repairs! That kind of honest, thorough diagnostic work is exactly what you hope for when you bring your vehicle to a repair shop.

A huge thank-you to Carlos and Noel for taking such good care of me and my vehicle. Noel’s knowledge and willingness to take the extra time to find the real problem saved me a lot of money.

After 3 years of bringing our vehicles to Lakes Auto Center, I can honestly say they continue to earn my trust. Honest, knowledgeable, professional, and they genuinely care about their customers.

My visits to Lakes Auto Center are stellar and my last couple were the same! Carlos at the front desk eagerly helped me out and the team as a whole moved swiftly so I didn’t have to wait around for a long time. I have to give a special shoutout to Carlos though because even after I made a visit to get my battery/alternator checked, I had another issue that caused me to come back soon after leaving but was unable to reproduce the issue so Carlos took a test drive with me to see if we could see if the issue would surface again together, talk about going above and beyond!

Didn't even pull off without giving 5 stars! Prior to picking Lakes Auto Center for my brakes, I googled a few places. I called here and spoke with Carlos at the front desk asking about getting brakes done on a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder, right off the back he was helpful and straight to the point. Once I showed up they even offered to pick and drop me off, which I thought was an extra step since I was going some where close to their business! I went in this morning with my right tire indicator saying it was low on air. A young man by the name of Carlos took care of me and had me out of there in 25 minutes  Although the shop was full with customers and cars, I felt like the most important person there.  Great place to bring your car for service
